Challenge
Operate a pipeline ball valve with PST and line break.
Solution
GPO gas over oil actuator + IMVS2 for
local / remote / PST control + ELBS20 electronic line break device.
IMVS2 checks periodically the valve functionality through PST operation upon a control signal from control room or based on a pre-set timing.
ELBS20 detects the pipeline pressure: in case of drop it automatically starts a fail close action to inhibit valve opening operation.
