Actuators with high thrust (up to 1.615.767 N) values with SIL 3 capability as a single device with PST onboard.

 

 

Solution

 

PLAS double acting pneumatic linear actuators with PST and 4 to 8 1” booster with 2000 l, 3000l and 10000l emergency tank to grant fail action.

• Double cylinder to grant trust and size reduction.
• Double stroking time regulation to avoid the valve seats damage risk when the actuator moves the steam down (close action in this case).
